Engraved frontispiece portrait (vol. 1) lettered: B. Arlaud del., G. Duchange scul
This is the small paper issue, with gutter margin of approximately .7 cm. There is also a large paper issue printed in 75 copies with approximate height of 25 cm and gutter margin of approximately 1.5 cm. The letterpress of the two issues is identical
